2007
The 2007 was a volatile, with hail, cold and rain. The wines therefore have lower alcohol levels and softer tannins. In several plots, especially within Altamira, we had a late ripening.
BLEND
Malbec (45%), Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Petit Verdot (6%), Merlot (2%), Cabernet Franc (2%).
COLOUR
Deep intense red, with light purplish hues.
AROMAS
This wine stands out for its fresh intense profile, with rosemary, rhubarb, mint and pink grapefruit notes followed by berry aromas and finishing with chocolate, tobacco and dried fruit notes, which add complexity.
PALATE
Great volume and structure, this wine is fruity with silky and delicate tannins and reveals long finish with excellent aromatic persistence. Intense, complex, fresh and elegant.
